Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Officer with a keen eye for detail to join our high-performing, small team at Kalgoorlie. This full-time, permanent role involves working under the Warehouse Supervisor on a roster of 5/2 and 4/3 shifts from 5 AM to 3 PM across the site’s warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks of various types and sizes.
• Keep precise inventory records, conduct stock reconciliations and stocktakes, and manage stock control.
• Create purchase orders and handle goods receipting.
• Support procurement by sourcing quotes from suppliers.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery following safety guidelines.
• Prepare relevant documentation for deliveries, returns, and auditing purposes.
• Assist with arranging freight bookings and coordinating courier services.
• Undertake additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Certification in Warehousing, Distribution or Dangerous Goods Storage is preferred.
• Proven skills in receiving, issuing goods, and managing inventory.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Pronto or SAP systems is advantageous.
• Possess a current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift Licence (LF) with confident operational skills and physical capability to meet manual handling and ergonomic requirements safely.
• Comfortable undertaking manual handling and physically demanding duties.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver reliable support to colleagues and various site departments.
• Holder of a current, unrestricted Western Australian Driver's Licence.
• Must hold full Australian work rights.
• Preference for candidates residing in the Goldfields region for this residential role.
