Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support and, when necessary, act on behalf of the management team in achieving KPIs and exploiting profit opportunities
• Set and manage individual, daily, and weekly sales objectives for the store team to enhance overall store performance
• Track team metrics and KPIs by running reports and keeping the management team informed
• Assist with various store operational tasks including stock control, payroll, administrative duties, and staff scheduling
• Deliver an exceptional personalized customer experience ensuring customers always come first
• Inspire, motivate, and cultivate team growth via training, coaching, and enhancing product knowledge

• Demonstrable customer service expertise and proven capability in leading and managing teams effectively
• Strong history of developing and nurturing team members
• Experience meeting and driving KPIs and sales goals within a retail environment, along with sound understanding of store operations
