We are currently seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser based in the Rijeka Tower Center to creatively and commercially present our products, aligning with Mango's high standards to optimize sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain an appealing and commercially effective store image consistently.
• Implement and adhere to Mango's visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Execute store layout changes efficiently and in an organized manner.
• Monitor sales data and performance metrics to inform product placement and merchandising tactics.
• Understand customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies to enhance merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members by communicating updates on new products and merchandising modifications and advise on out-of-stock items.
• Support the management team by regularly reporting and assisting with specific store managerial responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

• A results-oriented individual with solid experience in merchandising within the fashion industry.
• Passionate about fashion, with strong communication skills and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Detail-focused, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
