Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) - Paderborn

Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser at C&A in Paderborn, you will design and create visually captivating store environments that inspire and attract customers. You will be responsible for window displays that encourage shopping and will coach sales colleagues to uphold our Visual Merchandising (VM) standards within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise presentation is attractive and sales-driven while adhering to VM guidelines and incorporating your own creative ideas.
• Design inspiring window displays with mannequins to draw customer interest.
• Utilize merchandise management systems to analyze sales data and KPIs, leveraging insights to enhance presentation and collection alignment.
• Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to in-store presentations.
• Boost sales results by creatively showcasing products in appealing ways.
• Train colleagues to properly implement VM standards.
• Take initiative to implement profitable measures whenever opportunities arise.
• Offer styling assistance and support to customers seeking advice or needing specific items.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed retail commercial training with substantial practical experience in visual merchandising or alternatively, qualifications as a visual marketing designer or a similar creative profession.
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales figures into actionable solutions.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, collaborating closely with store management to prioritize tasks and schedule weekly plans.
• Affinity for business processes and proficient handling of space metrics and merchandise management systems.
• Good understanding of customer needs and the ability to transform these into wearable visual merchandise concepts.
