About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join us remotely as the inaugural member of our new media division. Initially, the focus will be on creating short-form content tailored for Instagram Reels and Facebook. As our systems and style approach maturity, this position will grow to encompass broader responsibilities within the evolving division.

Core Responsibilities

• Create engaging, short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels and Facebook platforms.
• Produce high-retention videos using impactful hooks, dynamic pacing, and polished visuals.
• Incorporate on-screen text, captions, cuts, and basic motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaborate on maintaining and refining a distinctive brand style for all video content.
