Anand Rathi Group, a rapidly expanding service provider in securities and financial services across over 180 locations in India, is seeking a passionate Video Editor. This role involves crafting polished video content from raw footage and animated materials consistent with brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw shoot footage into refined videos that reflect brand tone and goals.
• Edit animated and motion graphic videos such as explainers, intros, and outros to enhance engagement.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming and support video concept development and pre-production planning.
• Keep current with evolving editing styles, transitions, methods, and technologies to produce impactful content.
• Manage full in-house video production including lighting, sound, and camera operations.

Required Expertise

• Skilled in leading video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong grasp of audio mixing, color grading, and comprehensive post-production workflows.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation creation tools.

Desirable Qualifications

• Background in marketing or advertising environments.
• Confident operation of DSLR or mirrorless cameras along with lighting equipment.
• Ability to direct filming sessions and collaborate effectively with on-set talent.
• Strong storytelling capabilities complemented by a focus on branding.
