Following remarkable growth recently, the US branch is set to enter a transformative phase involving relocation to a larger facility, further enhancement of operational capabilities, and development of domestic manufacturing partnerships and production capacity.

Role Overview

This newly created role is intended as a succession plan to transition the candidate into the Vice President of Operations position after a settling-in and knowledge transfer period with the current leadership.

The role combines strategic and day-to-day operational leadership covering supply chain, warehousing, logistics, prefabrication, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Formulating operational strategies to sustain rapid business growth.
• Overseeing warehousing, logistics, supply chain, prefabrication, and customer service departments.
• Facilitating a smooth relocation to a much larger facility planned for 2027.
• Developing and expanding US manufacturing capabilities.
• Implementing rigorous operational KPIs, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Designing organizational structures, processes, and leadership frameworks to support expansion.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a multidisciplinary operations team.
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Collaborating closely with commercial, engineering, and finance leadership teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven operational leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, prefabrication, MEP, or similar technical industries.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead organizations through phases of substantial growth and scaling.
• Expertise in supply chain, warehousing, and logistics management.
• Background in manufacturing, production set-up, or greenfield operational development.
• Experience in expanding customer service and operational teams effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy.
• Skilled in deploying ERP-based reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement methods.
• A pragmatic, entrepreneurial leader who values collaboration.
• Ability to blend strategic foresight with meticulous operational oversight.
