Role Overview

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the friendly first point of contact for clients, managing a busy phone system and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism. Your role involves coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, managing financial transactions, and supporting pet wellness education.
