About the Role

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage is $18 per hour, increasing to $18.54 per hour beginning August 24th.
- Opportunities for full-time work hours.
- Shift times vary between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM depending on route assignments.
- Ability to run personal errands or pick up additional shifts as a rideshare driver between assigned duties (note: not in company vehicles).

Key Responsibilities
- Observe and oversee client behavior to provide necessary guidance, feedback, and direction when appropriate.
- Assist clients safely during vehicle entry and exit, ensure proper use of lap and shoulder belts, and secure clients correctly in car seats and booster seats as needed.
- Maintain clear and effective communication in English with clients, parents, program staff, and company representatives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Successful completion of a background check, including CORI & SORI screenings.
