UX/UI Designer, User Experience Team

Role Summary

Join the User Experience team as a UX/UI Designer, where you will be immersed in understanding and shaping the technology and features of assigned product areas. Your insights on human and business impacts will drive design strategies and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of your assigned product’s technology and features.
• Conduct user and business research to gather relevant insights for product development.
• Produce a range of deliverables such as competitive analysis, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes aimed at solving actual user challenges.
• Effectively communicate UX research outcomes within the design department and cross-functional teams, using clear language to simplify complex concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing refined, well-crafted end-to-end customer journey designs.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in interactive or visual design within the industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with current trends in mobile technology, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Proficient in creating polished design prototypes and mockups to clearly convey ideas.
• Capability to accurately scope, estimate effort, and independently prioritize tasks and objectives.
• Track record of contributing to final delivered products through your design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
