Role Overview

MySigrid is seeking a User-Generated Content (UGC) Creator to collaborate with a growing wellness brand in the UAE. This remote position prefers UAE-based creators, especially from Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with English fluency and Arabic language skills seen as a valuable advantage.

Job Description

The supplements and wellness sector is rapidly expanding, fueled by consumer interest in gut health, energy, immunity, and holistic wellbeing. This role centers on crafting engaging, genuine short-form video and photo content that resonates with real people and their daily healthy habits. The UGC Creator will translate wellness routines and product uses into compelling organic and paid social media content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

Produce authentic short-form content (videos and photos) showcasing wellness products in everyday lifestyle contexts.
Create video formats including unboxings, morning/evening routines, day-in-the-life clips, product demonstrations, testimonials, and problem-solution narratives.
Develop or tailor scripts and hooks that capture attention within the first three seconds.
Deliver footage both raw and lightly edited, shot vertically with good natural lighting.
Ensure all content reflects a warm, clean, and wellness-oriented brand voice.
Incorporate feedback promptly across content batches and keep content fresh by staying up-to-date with relevant trends, audio, and formats.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience with UGC or short-form content creation, supported by a portfolio, reel, or sample links.
Confident and natural presence on camera with engaging delivery skills.
In-depth knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends, video formats, and pacing.
Able to self-shoot and perform basic editing using tools such as CapCut to deliver clean, native content.
Strong passion for health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle topics.
Highly dependable, able to meet deadlines, and skilled at remote collaboration.
Fluent in English; Arabic language content skills are a significant plus for the local UAE market.

Desirable Attributes

Current residency in the UAE with insight into the local audience preferences.
Existing social media following in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle segments.
Experience creating digital content for supplements, health products, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
Basic understanding of the elements that drive paid ad conversions.

Engagement Details and Benefits

This opportunity is an ongoing freelance engagement with flexible project volume, rates, and delivery cadence, negotiable based on experience and content format. Payment structures may include per-video, batch, or monthly retainer models. All products used for creating content will be supplied. Successful creators may receive recurring monthly contracts based on performance.
