Leveraging deep insights into various sectors and experience from Fortune 500 leaders, the company specializes in matching top-tier professionals with C-suite opportunities in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
• Identify potential candidates using databases, referrals, networking, and recruitment tools.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable prospects.
• Conduct interviews via phone, virtual mediums, or face-to-face interactions.
• Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and compatibility with company culture.
• Arrange and coordinate interview processes involving candidates and hiring managers.
• Discuss and finalize salary packages and employment conditions with candidates.
• Maintain thorough records of candidate information and recruitment activity through databases.
• Develop talent pipelines to support forthcoming hiring needs.
• Ensure candidates experience a smooth and positive recruitment journey.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to learn swiftly, solve problems efficiently, and adapt flexibly to changing demands.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for recruitment activities.
• Qualifications: Any Graduate, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA.
• Compensation includes base salary along with perks such as food allowance, cab service, and additional incentives.

• Work Schedule: Night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
