Role Overview

Join our team as an onsite recruitment coordinator at AS Watson's Distribution Centre in Darlington DL3 0PS. This crucial position acts as the bridge linking warehouse operations with the onsite recruitment team. While prior experience in recruitment, payroll, planning, or team leadership is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided. A positive attitude and personable approach are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the onsite manager to schedule recruitment sessions aligned with intake plans.
• Manage candidate registration and organize induction and training sessions.
• Attract and recruit high-quality talent for warehouse operative positions.
• Maintain accurate records by reporting, documenting, and tracking weekly recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and review job advertisements and marketing campaigns for warehouse roles.
• Engage with new hires and provide support for any queries or onboarding needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in roles such as resourcer, recruiter, or recruitment consultant.
• Willingness to work flexibly with varying shifts and hours.
