UI/UX Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to lead the UI/UX team at a leading product-oriented tech organization based in Mumbai. This role involves architecting scalable software solutions and collaborating extensively with multiple teams to deliver advanced visualization products while ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UI/UX team, define software architecture, and identify complex challenges and risks related to advanced visualization product implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems and determine technical feasibility and risk factors.
• Convert wireframes and designs into precise, functional UI requirements and develop reusable and performant front-end components.
• Partner closely with design, product management, and development teams to build elegant, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by recommending enhancements in user interface design, software architecture, and adoption of new technologies.
• Enhance the speed and scalability of web applications to support diverse client environments, ranging from desktop to mobile devices.
• Mentor and guide team members while demonstrating strong ethics, teamwork, and leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in creating responsive, efficient, and cross-browser compatible front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficient hands-on expertise with MVC frameworks and UI libraries such as ReactJS and D3.js.
• Experience working with map APIs including Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and other data-rich mapping platforms.
• Sound understanding of UX methodologies and design principles.
• Demonstrated capability in managing large projects following Agile SDLC, with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with good judgment and decision-making skills.

Eligibility

Candidates with qualifications such as B.C.A. (any specialization), B.Tech/B.E. (any specialization), or B.Sc. in Information Technology are eligible to apply.
