Job Responsibilities
Operating under broad directives, you will manage GeoBalance Application activities at both well site and base camp locations. Responsibilities include planning job requirements such as personnel allocation, equipment setup, overseeing well site operations, and facilitating support for customers. You will collaborate effectively with other Product Service Lines (PSLs) and external parties to ensure readiness of tools and well site activities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will mentor junior staff in specialized areas, interact closely with customers, and supervise the completion of service deliverables. Emphasis is placed on personnel development, operational excellence, and exceeding customer satisfaction. You will also maintain contact with customers to follow up on performance and coordinate future projects.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Applicants must have completed at least a high school diploma. The position requires a minimum of 9 years’ experience in oilfield drilling operations, with at least 6 years specifically in underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling techniques.
