About the Role
Travel Luxis Co Ltd is seeking a Travel Sales and Operations Executive to join their Lucknow office. This role involves managing B2B travel services with a specialization in Thailand destination handling. The position requires coordinating with travel agents, preparing quotations and itineraries, managing bookings from enquiry through confirmation, and ensuring smooth travel operations. Candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, especially in B2B travel, are preferred. Immediate joining is favorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B travel enquiries and operations efficiently.
- Prepare precise quotations and detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agents and various suppliers.
- Manage hotel and service coordination including rate checks and availability.
- Oversee booking amendments, cancellations, and maintain thorough records.
- Follow up consistently on pending quotations and bookings.
- Coordinate payment procedures and ensure all booking documentation is complete.
- Maintain strong communication with B2B agents and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and destination partners for seamless service delivery.
- Possess deep knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels, sightseeing spots, transfers, and travel products.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in travel sales or travel operations.
- Solid expertise in handling Thailand as a travel destination is mandatory.
- Proven B2B travel experience is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Good understanding of Thailand's hospitality and travel offerings.
- Experience preparing quotations and coordinating bookings.
- Strong skills in follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Capability to juggle multiple enquiries and bookings simultaneously.
- Preference for candidates ready to join immediately.
