Role Overview
As a Transformation Excellence Consultant, you will collaborate with Accenture teams and large business or government clients to design and execute strategic transformation programs. Your responsibilities will span process redesign, AI integration, system implementation, and overarching business transformation initiatives. You will assist leaders in simplifying workflows, applying technology and AI to enhance operations, and ensuring the transformation plans are practical and aligned to clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support transformation initiatives alongside senior team members.
- Apply expertise in technology-enabled transformations, including AI, Cloud, Data, Security, workflow platforms, and core enterprise systems.
- Design target-state processes, governance frameworks, service models, and implementation plans.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client data, operations, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Define and monitor metrics related to value realization such as productivity gains, cost reductions, customer and employee experience enhancements, risk mitigation, and financial/non-financial outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day program delivery, including planning, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and decision facilitation.
- Develop and present executive-level materials, business cases, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisory relationships and influence decision makers across client organizations.
- Support business development efforts, contribute to practice capability growth, and engage in thought leadership activities.
- Identify and implement best practice improvements and contribute insights across the broader practice.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to dynamic project needs.
Experience and Expertise
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Have 3 to 8 years of experience within professional services or related roles working closely with senior stakeholders on transformation initiatives and strategy delivery.
- Function as a subject matter expert in your area by leveraging deep knowledge and experience.
- Maintain awareness of activities and workflows in adjacent and collaborative teams.
Decision-Making and Impact
- Receive regular guidance on priorities and task management from supervisors.
- Understand the potential impact of errors on team deadlines and higher management escalation.
- Participate in risk mitigation across multiple teams and contribute to broader business decisions.
- Provide problem-solving solutions applicable across teams and projects.
Collaboration
- Engage frequently with mid-level leaders to provide updates, answer questions, and occasionally offer input during meetings.
- In client-facing interactions, lead project status updates and coordinate with senior management.
