Key Responsibilities

• Complete electronic receipt and intake paperwork accurately.
• Transport U-Haul vehicles and equipment among centers, dealers, and repair shops.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment to ensure quality.
• Maintain detailed driver logs.
• Provide assistance in other areas as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to navigate mobile transfer applications.
• Obtain D.O.T. certification if required; sponsorship available through U-Haul.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The position involves working around moving machinery, fumes, and chemicals, necessitating adherence to safety protocols and use of protective equipment like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. Physical tasks include prolonged periods indoors and outdoors, repositioning for tool use, and managing loads of at least 50 pounds, either assisted or unassisted.
