Job description
Role Overview
This position involves comprehensive management of Group Credit Life insurance policies through their complete lifecycle. You will oversee activities including processing new policy issuances, modifications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the full end-to-end process for Group Credit Life insurance policies.
- Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations effectively.
- Liaise with banking and corporate associates to ensure smooth policy administration.
- Verify all customer and policy-related documents for correctness and completion.
- Manage the collection, reconciliation, and detailed reporting of premiums in a timely manner.
- Address inquiries from customers and partners promptly within established service standards.
- Collaborate with claims and underwriting departments to facilitate seamless policy servicing.
