Role Overview

We are seeking an imaginative and engaging TikTok Content Creator to amplify the itsu brand on social media. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will develop creative content while fostering community engagement. This group-wide position supports both itsu grocery and retail restaurant divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce captivating TikTok content through various formats including voiceovers, images, and videos, both on-screen and in production roles.
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to shape and execute TikTok strategies and maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Storyboard, film, edit, or direct social media content tailored for TikTok with guidance from management.
• Present monthly updates on social media growth metrics and content insights during group meetings.
• Stay informed on evolving social media algorithms and emerging trends to keep content relevant.
• Identify and engage with content creators and influencers, ensuring ongoing partnerships.
• Coordinate TikTok initiatives with international teams beyond the UK market.
