Join Aatawala Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (MobileChakki) as a Three Wheeler Driver based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. MobileChakki offers an innovative doorstep fresh grinding service delivering freshly ground spices and flour directly to customers, ensuring purity, freshness, hygiene, and transparency in food products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate the MobileChakki three-wheeler vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and following designated routes and schedules to reach customers promptly.
• Operate the grinding machine efficiently at customers’ doorsteps, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining product quality standards.
• Provide courteous and respectful customer service, assisting customers by explaining services, resolving common queries, and encouraging repeat business.
• Collect payments via cash, UPI, or digital methods, maintaining accurate records of orders and transactions. Submit daily sales and collection reports as per company policy.
• Ensure daily cleaning and routine maintenance of vehicle and machine; report any technical issues immediately.
• Promote MobileChakki’s services within local communities including societies, colonies, and markets to acquire new customers and sustain good relations with regular clients.
• Maintain daily logs including orders, sales, and payments, submitting reports as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid three-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Driving experience is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual with good interpersonal skills to interact well with customers.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• 11 hours of duty per day with shifts and routes fixed by the company.
• 2 paid leave days each month.
• Starting salary between ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month, based on performance and experience.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month for meeting criteria such as higher order completion, sales, customer ratings, and vehicle maintenance.
