Role summary
The Territory Sales Manager will lead retail sales execution across assigned markets for the CELSIUS® brand, working primarily in Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. This is a field-based role focused on growing sales, strengthening distributor relationships, and increasing brand visibility through frequent store visits. The position requires travel within the assigned territory and is a driving role.
Assigned markets include Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Pensacola, Florida. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and passing an MVR screening. Store visits typically range from 12 to 15 per day.
Base pay for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus incentives. Additional compensation may also include bonuses and restricted stock units, subject to company plans.
Responsibilities
- Improve execution of the “perfect store” standard by growing SKU distribution, shelf presence, displays, and promotional activity.
- Carry out the brand strategy across retail accounts in the assigned territory.
- Complete account audits, identify sales opportunities, and record findings through CRM tools.
- Work closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitz visits, and important account calls.
- Support regional and district sales initiatives when directed by leadership.
- Join weekly sales meetings to review results and set objectives.
- Track, meet, and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, with preference for beverage, distributor sales, or similar fields.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR screening.
- Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to work.
- Comfort working in person with customers every day.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to present information and speak effectively to larger peer groups.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and field sales reporting systems.
