Tender Executive

About the Role

Mechatron System Private Limited is seeking a Tender Executive to join their team at Ahmedabad (Odhav). The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for both government and private sector opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and search for government and private tenders through various online portals.
• Download, analyze, and study tender documents thoroughly.
• Prepare and timely submit tender documents before deadlines.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments including Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Technical teams to gather necessary information and approvals.
• Prepare quotations and all required submission documents.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, generate MIS reports, and track the status of ongoing submissions.
• Upload tender documents on Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal, and other electronic tendering platforms.
• Manage Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and related tender documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with tender terms and conditions.
• Communicate with clients to address any queries or clarifications related to tenders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
• Graduate in any stream; preference given to candidates with MBA, BBA, Commerce, or Engineering backgrounds.

Salary will correspond to the candidate’s experience. Preferred industries for applicants include Electrical Panel, Automation, Industrial Products, and Manufacturing sectors.
