Role Overview

This temporary onsite opportunity involves supporting key accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in several important financial processes including:

• Handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Executing complex and high volume reconciliations
• Managing credits, receipts, and payments efficiently
• Preparing GST returns and carrying out tax-related filings
• Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Understanding general ledger entries and journal processes

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, candidates should have a strong accounting or finance background and experience with financial software such as Oracle, Xero, MYOB, SAP, or equivalent. The role demands the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, adhere to strict deadlines, and ensure precision under pressure.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management systems
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
