About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to boost sales by engaging directly with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions. Candidates must exhibit outstanding communication and persuasion skills to meet monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Transform customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Communicate product information, price quotations, and promotional offers through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Keep customer information updated regularly in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Address customer questions and deliver exemplary support.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and dispatch.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate degree holders.
- Experience ranging from zero to three years in B2C sales, tele sales, or customer sales.
- Fresh candidates with proficient communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Excel and customer relationship management software.
- Highly motivated, with a focus on achieving targets.

Work Schedule and Location
