Telesales Executive

About the Role

RK Associates seeks a highly motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive responsible for reaching out to prospective and current clients via telephone. The primary focus of this position is to present and explain the company's product offerings and services, generate qualified leads, and consistently meet defined sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services through telephone communication.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by generating quality leads.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing excellent customer support.
• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently over calls.
• A customer-centric approach demonstrating patience, professionalism, and focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers remotely.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 40,000 INR, commensurate with experience and performance.
