Telesales Executive

About the Role

Poonawalla Fincorp is looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to drive sales by connecting with prospective and existing customers. This position primarily involves promoting and selling education loan products through both inbound and outbound calls, with the goal of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their education loan needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Provide detailed information about education loans including eligibility, interest rates, repayment plans, and application procedures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals through effective customer engagement.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately by guiding them on required documentation.
• Address customer objections professionally to facilitate positive closure of sales.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely loan processing and approval.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, banking regulations, and data privacy standards during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil is beneficial for communication with diverse customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Ability to explain complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
• Good organizational skills to manage customer data and follow-up activities systematically.
• Commitment to comply with regulatory norms and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary range from INR 14,000 to INR 17,000 depending on performance and role fit.
