Job Description and Responsibilities

• Answer and make inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Convert leads successfully by engaging and convincing customers.
• Provide detailed guidance to customers regarding our financial services.
• Keep in touch with prospective clients and nurture customer relationships continuously.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is essential.
• Fluency in Marathi is required, along with basic proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Fundamental computer skills are necessary.
• A positive attitude with a focus on achieving targets is expected.
• Both male and female candidates with telecalling experience are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position working from our office located in Katraj, Pune.
• Work hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• Training related to customer service will be provided to the selected candidate.
