This position involves engaging with prospective students and their parents to comprehend their career objectives and identify sincere admission prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact and follow up with potential students and their parents through phone calls.
• Assess and understand the educational goals, career aspirations, and requirements of students.
• Evaluate the authenticity of leads and determine readiness for admission.
• Provide basic details about various courses and programs offered by DESUN Academy.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update the status of each lead accordingly.
• Follow through consistently with interested candidates to nurture interest.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the Counseling and Sales teams.
• Escalate qualified leads to counselors for more detailed discussions.
• Ensure communication is professional and student-friendly at all times.
