Technology Solution Architect

Role overview

This is a presales position focused on cybersecurity solutions, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the BFSI sector. The role involves understanding the needs of banking, insurance, and NBFC clients, then shaping suitable security solutions and communicating them clearly to customers.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to study customer requirements, prepare and deliver solution presentations, and support request-for-proposal work by drafting specifications tailored to client needs. The position also includes responding to RFPs across all relevant cybersecurity aspects.

Communication and client handling

Strong verbal and written communication is essential, along with confident presentation ability and effective customer relationship management.

Technical skill requirements

Candidates should have hands-on familiarity with at least three of the following cybersecurity areas:

• SSE/ZTNA tools such as Zscaler, Netskope, SkyHigh, or Forcepoint, with any two preferred
• Endpoint security platforms such as Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, or Trend Micro, with any two preferred
• DLP solutions such as Forcepoint or Trellix, including endpoint-security-related use cases
• Vulnerability management tools such as Tenable or Qualys
• WAF, DDoS, and bot management platforms such as F5, Cloudflare, Akamai, or Radware, with any two preferred

Additional requirements

Understanding of SOC processes and SIEM tools is also required.
