Role overview
This position is being recruited for a partner of Haystack. The role focuses on providing hands-on technical assistance, keeping IT assets in working order, and supporting end users across several sites and remote environments.
Key responsibilities
- Assign, maintain, and resolve issues related to IT hardware and equipment.
- Respond to support tickets and manage support processes across the network.
- Help onboard and train newly hired team members.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and expand technical knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Provide support to customers located in multiple buildings as well as remote locations.
What you need
- Ability to comfortably lift items weighing up to 49 pounds and remain standing or walking for long stretches.
- Background in a fast-moving environment that requires strong customer service.
- At least 1 year of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and solid technical aptitude.
