About the Role
Join FST Technical Services, a renowned leader in Quality Assurance, Inspection, Testing, and Commissioning for high-tech manufacturing projects including semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and data centers. We seek an experienced Recruiter dedicated to sourcing skilled technical talent and contributing directly to our company's continual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment process for engineering and technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and formulate recruiting plans.
- Utilize diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals to source active and passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews focusing on technical abilities, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Present top candidates to hiring managers and arrange interviews while maintaining clear communication.
- Extend job offers, assist with negotiations, and facilitate candidate acceptance.
- Organize background checks, drug testing, employment verification, and other pre-employment processes.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Keep precise records of recruiting activities using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring status, and requisitions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruiting procedures and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades personnel.
- Expertise in filling challenging positions.
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment openings concurrently.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
- High organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Capable of independent work combined with collaboration across teams.
- Preferred experience includes recruiting for commissioning engineers, QA/QC inspectors, field engineers, project managers, or related specialized roles.
- Familiarity with industries such as data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial construction is an advantage.
- Knowledge of background checks, onboarding workflows, and pre-employment processes.
- Experience recruiting for positions involving travel or project-specific assignments.
