Location Requirement
Candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application through offer, acting as a candidate advocate by assessing skills and steering the interview and offer stages.
- Partner closely and advise hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process to align hiring efforts.
- Proactively source qualified candidates, screen resumes, and conduct prescreens while efficiently advancing interviews.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to monitor progress and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Keep accurate and timely records by updating the Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiter) consistently.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Forge strong collaborations with hiring managers and teams by providing timely market insights and recommendations to identify top candidates aligned with organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment across multiple levels, from entry-level to senior leadership, spanning technical and non-technical roles.
- Expertise in sourcing using multiple tools and techniques.
- Extensive experience with Workday Recruiter and familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Adept at evaluating candidate qualifications and matching them appropriately with job opportunities.
- Capable of handling a high volume of complex requisitions (10+) across diverse functions and locations.
- Strong analytical skills focused on tracking individual and team metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with urgency to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent in approach and communication.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to technical recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
