Technical Designer

Role Overview

The Technical Designer will deliver high-caliber construction documents across all stages of architectural projects, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration, while reporting directly to the Production Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize design software to produce compelling presentations.
• Create architectural construction drawings using Revit.
• Compile plans, construction documents, and related data necessary for permitting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate the construction document preparation.
• Contribute to the development of Revit models during the design phase.
• Support architects and project managers throughout the construction administration stage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Preferred professional experience ranging from one to three years.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit software.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and aptitude for teamwork.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and customer service skills.
• Strong creativity, integrity, and proactive initiative.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to tight deadlines.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

Compensation for candidates based in California ranges between $52,000 and $78,000 annually. Final salary offers will reflect individual qualifications, education, experience, skill set, knowledge pertinent to the job, and geographic location. Incentive bonuses along with comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits form part of the total compensation package.
