Role summary
XtraNet is hiring a creative and detail-focused Content Writer / Copywriter for its IT environment. The role calls for at least 3 years of relevant experience in the technology sector and the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content across different formats while staying aligned with the company’s brand voice. Strong written and spoken English communication is essential.
What you will work on
- Creating content for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service descriptions.
- Writing social media copy and captions that support campaign goals.
- Preparing promotional material for online and offline marketing use.
- Developing polished content for presentations and business documents.
- Drafting product write-ups, data sheets, case studies, and technical marketing assets.
- Crafting persuasive advertising copy for Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar platforms.
- Keeping tone, messaging, and style consistent across all communication channels.
- Working closely with marketing, design, sales, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and impact.
- Editing and proofreading copy to improve clarity, grammar, and overall quality.
- Researching IT trends, technologies, and industry themes to support content creation.
Skills and experience needed
- At least 3 years of experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter in the IT industry.
- Very strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Solid grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and business writing standards.
- Ability to turn technical ideas into easy-to-read content.
- Hands-on experience with website content, blogs, social posts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Understanding of digital marketing basics and content planning.
- Working knowledge of SEO practices and keyword use is desirable.
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
Education and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related discipline is preferred. Additional certifications in content writing, digital marketing, or communications will be an advantage.
