About the Role
As a Team Leader based in Workington, you will be pivotal to the smooth day-to-day operation of your department within a busy retail environment. Your role includes leading by example, supporting team members, managing stock, assisting new recruits, and resolving on-floor issues to ensure an excellent customer experience. Collaborating closely with your management, you will uphold high standards, maintain team motivation, and focus.
