About the Team
The Inbound team currently consists of 7 Area Managers, 5 Team Leads, and 12 Process Assistants. The inbound process encompasses activities from unloading goods at the dock to placing them in designated shelving areas. This involves organizing shipments along guided process paths while utilizing the recommended Goods Locator (GL) types to optimize storage.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in customer-facing roles, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience in similar operational or customer-facing environments is beneficial.
