Role Overview

We seek a Talent Sourcer to advance Fuse's recruitment efforts. This role is central to sourcing exceptional talent across multiple disciplines including technical, expansion, hardware, product, trading, commercial, and operations. The position also ensures seamless candidate progression via interview scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and cultivate relationships with high-quality candidates to build a robust talent funnel.
• Conduct market research and analyze companies and communities to map talent pools and optimize outreach plans.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews and calls across various time zones efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs, share talent insights, and enhance sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Two to seven years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in high-performance or competitive settings.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging strong candidate pools in challenging markets.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and understanding of reporting best practices.
• Resourceful and proactive mindset with an ability to excel in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
