Role Overview

The Talent Sourcer will play a crucial role in identifying exceptional talent for our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure departments. This role involves crafting talent acquisition strategies, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, and ensuring an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruitment team members and hiring managers to find and attract top talent.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to various roles and locations.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Maintain an engaging, clear, and positive communication flow with candidates during hiring.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in internal recruitment databases.
• Share insightful market trends and sourcing knowledge with team members.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing or research.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent candidate experience.
• Clear and transparent communication skills with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Proven ability to cultivate long-term candidate relationships.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
• Creative and proactive approach to identifying outstanding candidates.
• In-depth understanding of the IT industry or other specialized sectors for identifying high-caliber professionals.
• Proficiency in exploring professional networks, databases, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Fluency in English for smooth communication internally and externally.
• Experience in international or global recruitment, particularly in European markets.
• Familiarity with diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and innovative team setting.
