Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Coordinator to join our expanding Talent Management team. This vital role involves overseeing daily talent department operations, including campaign coordination, invoicing, and communication between creators and brand clients. It offers an excellent learning opportunity to evolve into a Talent Manager under industry experts' guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist top-performing Talent Managers in end-to-end campaign management, facilitating daily interactions with brands, agencies, and creators.
• Conduct market research and scout for new creator and brand partnership opportunities.
• Support diverse daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain professional and timely communications between brand clients and creators.
• Handle invoicing processes and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely payment receipt.
• Participate in client meetings to gain insights and knowledge from seasoned managers.
• Manage campaign records using CRM tools, ensuring all contracts, payments, and campaign details are accurately documented.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in internships or professional roles within a related field.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to changing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities suited for successful collaboration in remote team settings.
• A keen interest in the creator economy, including an understanding of social media trends and influencer engagement dynamics.
