Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple time zones by coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and executive assistants to ensure a streamlined process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing prompt and professional communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Organize onsite interviews, including booking rooms, coordinating travel, arranging meals, and preparing interviewers and candidates.
  • Utilize various tools such as GoodTime, Lever, Google Workspace, and CodeSignal to efficiently handle scheduling workflows.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes to keep recruitment activities on track.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within applicant tracking systems to support reporting and smooth recruiting operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to coordination processes and candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and resources to standardize and scale recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters and business teams to enhance hiring effectiveness and recruiting operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or related high-volume hiring coordination roles covering technical and non-technical hires.
