Role summary
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape hiring across the APAC region. You will work closely with hiring managers in Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, Mumbai, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh City, and other regional locations to attract, evaluate, and hire strong talent. The position involves owning recruitment end to end, sharing market insights, strengthening talent pools, and supporting employer branding while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment process for technical and business positions across APAC, from the first intake discussion through to offer delivery.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and provide guidance on sourcing, market conditions, and recruitment approach.
- Find and engage strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, social channels, and job platforms.
- Develop and keep up-to-date talent pipelines for current openings and future requirements.
- Handle candidate screening and evaluation while maintaining a smooth and positive experience.
- Plan and support campus initiatives, hiring events, networking activities, and employer branding efforts.
- Track hiring metrics and labour-market trends to improve recruitment quality and effectiveness.
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and ensure recruitment activities are properly documented.
- Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team and support APAC hiring priorities as business needs change.
- Take part in ongoing improvement work and recruitment-related projects.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline, along with 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience. Experience in technology, software, fintech, financial services, or other international settings is preferred. Background in fintech, capital markets, banking technology, or enterprise software is especially valuable, and familiarity with platforms such as Murex or similar solutions is a plus.
You should have a strong record of managing end-to-end hiring for technical and specialist positions, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with hiring managers. Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, databases, referrals, and direct search methods is important. Experience building candidate pipelines and running recruitment initiatives in competitive markets will be an advantage.
Additional strengths include hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, with Workday considered a plus, strong communication and organisation skills, good interpersonal ability, fluency in spoken and written English, and a proactive, independent, detail-focused approach in a fast-moving international environment.
Role requirements

- Highly organised, proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
