Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Research Executive based in Ahmedabad to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves extensive recruitment research and employer outreach, focusing primarily on the Canadian job market. This position offers an attractive annual salary range of ₹2.5 to ₹4.2 lakh and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on open job vacancies throughout the Canadian market.
• Identify and connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR contacts.
• Generate potential employer leads utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other advanced research tools.
• Apply advanced internet research techniques and Boolean search methods to source leads efficiently.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with employers through proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and recruitment databases.
• Collaborate with recruiters to link employers with qualified candidates effectively.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation roles.
• Proficient in internet-based research and Boolean search strategies.
• Strong communication abilities and professional networking skills.
• Experienced with LinkedIn and lead generation tools such as Apollo.io and RocketReach.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Capability to operate within Canadian time zones.
• Preference given to those with background in Canadian recruitment, employer relationship management, or international recruitment exposure.
