About the Role
Our client, a prominent organization within its sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6-week temporary engagement based in Auckland CBD. In this position, you will be instrumental in managing a large volume of open roles across various portfolios, working closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates effectively.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and oversee progression through all hiring stages.
- Maintain precise candidate records and recruitment activity logs within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout recruitment.
- Handle multiple concurrent roles while adhering to agreed recruitment timelines.
- Support talent pipeline development and proactive sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition demonstrating ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
- Capacity to handle various vacancies and competing demands in a high-volume context.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or equivalent recruitment platforms is a plus.
