About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Swing Chain Sales Professional to join our team. This full-time position is based in Lansing, MI and surrounding areas. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products in large-format retail locations, creating attractive product displays, and ensuring the shelves are well-organized.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and stock merchandise in major retail stores
• Construct and maintain engaging product displays
• Rotate inventory and conduct surveys to determine product requirements
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
• Provide regular feedback on store performance and customer input to the sales team

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in merchandising or retail
• Possess a valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional demeanor, dependable, and self-driven
• Capable of lifting items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds
• Willingness and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must reside within the Lansing to Brighton area
