Overview
Agriculture plays a pivotal role in Tanzania's economy, contributing significantly to the country's income. However, only a small fraction of the land is viable for agricultural use. We seek a dedicated professional to collaborate with our partner organization to support the local population in developing innovative and effective cultivation methods.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in horticulture or vegetable cultivation.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to learn Swahili.
- Strong intercultural and social skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice in agriculture and crop farming.
- Develop new management structures at leadership level.
- Create innovative solutions to generate income.
