Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in horticulture or vegetable cultivation.
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to learn Swahili.
• Strong intercultural and social skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in agriculture and crop farming.
• Develop new management structures at leadership level.
• Create innovative solutions to generate income.
