Role Overview

Join Devraj Rangwala Impex LLP as a Supply Chain Management Executive based in Moti Nagar, New Delhi, where you will oversee the complete logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficient inventory control and customer coordination across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination to support seamless supply chain operations.
• Maintain and update daily stock reports while performing monthly reconciliations comparing MIS data to physical audits.
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely shipment schedules and arrange vehicles to minimize delivery delays.
• Oversee sub-distributor accounts, including managing orders, dispatch tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Track in-transit shipments actively and address any delivery challenges promptly.
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse operations by supervising inward and outward activities and verifying invoices.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports encompassing stock audits, rebate program analysis, and MIS updates.
• Manage payments to transporters and assist with financial documentation and tracking.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency through consistent stock validation and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge in supply chain, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination across multiple locations.
• Strong experience with stock reporting and reconciliation between MIS and physical inventory.
• Ability to liaise effectively with transporters and sub-distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in warehouse management including handling inward/outward processes and invoice verification.

This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The role demands physical presence at the Moti Nagar location in New Delhi.
