Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Strategic Partnerships Executive to lead Beanz’s expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Discover and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés onto the Beanz platform.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with café owners and key decision-makers.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Beanz and tailor proposals to prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in business development, partnership management, or B2B sales; experience in the F&B sector or tech platforms is advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture and in-depth understanding of the café landscape in Dammam.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset and a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English language skills are an added benefit.
