Job description
Role Overview
Join our dynamic team at Liebherr-Australia's Perth branch as a Storeperson specializing in Goods Receivable. In this integral role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of all warehouse item movements adhering to Liebherr's high standards. You will provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while performing your duties efficiently within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Duties
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, warehouse racks, and containers.
- Accurately receive inventory into the warehouse and maintain precise records.
- Pick, pack, receipt, and dispatch orders with attention to detail.
- Coordinate and arrange freight bookings including obtaining freight quotes.
- Carry out general housekeeping and upkeep of the warehouse.
- Support routine stocktaking, cycle counting, and location inventory reporting.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvements in warehouse operations.
Candidate Profile
- Holds Certificate II in Warehousing & Storage or possesses 2-5 years relevant industry experience.
- Possesses a High Risk Licence for forklifts (LF) and a valid driver’s licence.
- Demonstrates accuracy and keen attention to detail in all tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
Working Conditions
The role requires working a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on followed by 5 days off on day shifts, alternating with 5 days on and 5 days off on night shifts.
