Role Overview

The position involves a blend of warehouse and driving responsibilities, with approximately 80% of tasks in the warehouse and 20% on the road. As a Storeman Driver, you will manage freight handling and accurate documentation in the warehouse, including use of a forklift for cargo handling, as well as short-distance driving between Mondiale’s premises and the nearby airport (about a 10-minute trip). The role demands maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by efficiently receiving, checking, preparing, and dispatching shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Documenting the release and receipt of freight precisely.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Driving safely to pick up and deliver airfreight cargo without damage.
• Promptly returning empty freight units.
• Supporting team efforts to maintain operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Holder of a Class 4 driving license, with driving constituting about 30% of the job.
• Current forklift license for operating cargo handling equipment.
• Physically fit to lift items weighing up to 20 kg comfortably.
• Reliable, detail-conscious, and willing to actively engage in all tasks.
